Rosen goes to trial May 3 on charges of falsely underreporting the costs of the August 2000 gala — thus inflating the amount of campaign cash ostensibly raised for Clinton at the event.

If you really want background on the Ron Paul/Hillary/Rosen campaign affair try Judicial Watch. They're the ones who have done all the heavy lifting for nearly five years. They got Paul out of jail in Brazil or nothing would be happening yet.

They got Paul out of jail in Brazil or nothing would be happening yet. Judicial Watch doesn't have anything at this point, because they no longer represent Peter Paul.

Understand the current status is indeterminate. What I was talking about is the background from about 2001 to just a few months ago. There's no question that was Judicial Watch's show so far as bailing out Paul goes and nailing down the details of the fundraiser. As I noted earlier I've gotten all the J/W mail on this from the Gitgo---been feeding J/W since impeachment started.
