Frist made some very strong comments yesterday on Senate floor' He said that what Reid said about the President in front of students was something he had apologized for but this was much worse.He said to defend this would mean breaking the law and questioned the legality of what Reid did.

I would like to remind everybody that all FBI files contain raw information--IOW whatever anybody they interviewed about the subject said whether the interviewee is honest or not and whether or not the interviewee has a personal grudge against the subject...

I think that the law also says if someone with access divulged the contents to Reid, that is also a violation. The question therefore is...
(1) Is Reid making this up and therefore is the new Joe McCarthy
(2) Did Reid have illegal access to the file, when, where, who allowed him access
(3) Did someone with access pass information to Reid, who, when???

Tim Russert, are you preparing your questions for Reid? If so, do you have the cajones to nail him with the above set of questions?
