Early in the year, Haman sent out a decree that the jews should be killed 11 months later, about the end of the year. Mordecai wasn't honoring Haman the way Haman thought he should have been honored, so he was gonna go ahead and kill Mordecai - way ahead of schedule.

Byrd was close, but his timeline was a bit off. Byrd and the democrats more closely resemble Haman - a guy who thought he had more power than he actually had...
