Depends on what the meaning of the word "civilian" is?
Are peasants with torches and pitchforks who are killing police while breaking into a prison "civilians", or "innocent peaceful demonstrators", or "members of a murderously rioting mob" or "willing human shields", or "members of a seditionist militia", or ordinary "insurrectionists and revolutionaries", or just plain, good old fashioned Molotov cocktail tossing anarchists?
Or are they just run of the mill "outraged Muslim dissidents"?
"Civilain" is such a slippery term when applied to the decidedly "uncivil".

I like that. Bump.
