Because it is a legitimate concern, how many times have you heard that W has crawled back into the bottle.

Has Dean ever really crawled out of the bottle, or has he substituted something else for his addiction?

I don't know if Lil' Howie still binge drinks, but he should definitely take something for that bipolar disorder.
