This is my home town and this is more murders than we usually get in a couple of years. It's very sad that this small town area has something like this happen. Most of the murders we have are domestically related.

In spite of all of the fanfare about the major drug busts it seems that law enforcement isn't really interested in enforcing drug laws until someone gets killed or there is a chance for publicity. Here apparently the police were able to round up twenty out of town drug dealers after people got killed. We had a similar situation near hear recently.

A neighbor said he and his daughter were awakened by gunshots and a girl pleading for her life. "There was a burst of gunfire, and then there was a small pause, and that's when I heard the girl say, `Please don't kill me, I'm sorry,'" Michael Thomas said. "And I heard two more gunshots."

There's quite a Michigan-W.Va. pipeline. A lot of the drugs coming into Wheeling, in the northern part of the state, are from Pontiac.

How incredibly tragic. Those poor kids. No matter what they did, they didn't deserve to die. I hope they catch the animals who did this and execute them! Prayers go out to the families.
