I don't know. If he had sat down one on one with Bolton, or at least been present when the man was on the senate floor testifying (and it is my understanding that Vionovitch was not there) the best I could say for him is that he is sincerely deluded.
But since he was not...it makes the entire affair appear more like a political ploy to try and turn the public against the President's nominee.
I agree with Marine_Uncle. For this man to cry over Bolton going to the UN is weird. Not attending the Bolton hearings and the stunt he pulled after that shows there is more wrong with Voinovitch than John Bolton.
I think his family needs to get him to a Neurologist soon. Seriously, I believe this man is sick.
