So where are the people going to go?
We should do this here and start with my neighbor who has this big black cat who comes over to my house and picks on my old vintage cat and at the same time upsets the cardinals who are nesting in my azaleas. I say his house should go.

The damage people cause to the planet is a function of demographics - it is equal to the degree of development. One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangladeshes ... This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it's just as bad not to say it. -- Jacques Cousteau

Exactly my thoughts. Probably the comatose and the terminally ill will be the first to go, then the elderly, soon to be followed by those who refuse to group think. Closer and closer.
