If Kerry is chronologically 4 years older than Bush then why did he graduate from Yale in 1966 while Bush graduated in 1968. During the campaign Kerry's age was posted as 62. Bush was/is 58.

Both Kerry and Bush went straight to Yale after prep school, both spent 4 years there. They are actually 2.5 years apart, Kerry (12/11/63) and Bush (7/06/46). Any difference in educational timelines is probably due to a quirk of being X number of years old in august to enroll in kindergarten.
