I presume you're referring to the fallout of liberal politician remnants being scattered over the entire east coast. That might act as an anti-venom and bring the present east coast liberals back to the real world.

If you're referring to nuclear fallout, it would be no different then if Denver, Colorado were hit, the second largest concentration of federal bureaucracy in the nation.
