MILAN/ROME (Reuters) -
An Italian judge has ordered the arrest of 13 people linked to the CIA for "kidnapping" an Egyptian terrorism suspect in Milan and flying him to Egypt where he said he was tortured, judicial sources said on Friday.
"In the judge's order, it (the abduction) is clearly attributed to the CIA," a source said.
Confirming the arrest warrant without mentioning the U.S. intelligence agency, the prosecutors office said the 13 suspects were believed to be behind the abduction of imam Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr, also known as Abu Omar, who was grabbed off a Milan street on Feb. 17, 2003 and stuffed into a white van.

Foreign intelligence officials believe Nasr had fought in Afghanistan and Bosnia before arriving in Italy in 1997 and obtaining political refugee status. ... including recruiting militants for Iraq
A CIA spokesperson in Washington said: "We're not even not commenting. We're saying: if we have anything to say, we'll get back to you." The U.S. embassy in Rome declined comment Hehe. sounds like we got another one.
Wonder where they'll keep the judge?
My question is why is he even able to talk to anyone. Except maybe a medium.

Italy has a bad habit of releasing terrorists, so as much as I like to see liberals be happy, I'm not sure it's a good idea.
It sounds as though we did the Eye-Ties a favor.
I just did a keyword search with CIA and nothing came up.
Absolutely pathetic. We are trying to win a war, and the spirit of the left wants more Church commissions and Boland amendments. Enemies of civilization, these fools have become.
Just tell them their true identities are Mickey Mouse, Snow White and the gang and the US is diligently trying to round them up. How dare they get a dangerous terrorist off the street.
Far better to let them plan, organize and plot like they did in Hamburg!!
Bad, Snow White, bad!
Paybacks for shooting up their car with the Commie lady in it?
Was this the guy they found inside a container being shipped somewhere? Not the CIA people..but the supposed victim?
I really dont know who he is. I think its unprecedented that CIA agents be arrested and feel its payback for shooting up the speeding car with the Commie woman in it.
But the whole thing sounds major stupid, as in Barney Fife stupid.
The prosecutors office said it would request "judicial assistance" from U.S. and Egyptian authorities. ... we are not sure of their true identity."
Oh, come on.
We don't know who we want to arrest, but we know that you must know, so please tell us so that we can arrest your agents.
That's a serious request?
My tagline must apply here, or they are just plain bone crushingly stupid.
I have found the search function to be dicey in how it handles all caps.
A story with not even a one-day life. Little ado about nothing. The Italian gov't will quash the judge..
Hope you're right. Your profile was interesting... any luck sticking it to Wal-Mart and agribusiness?
Search words must be more than three characters.

Why doesn't the spy guys get the judge's address so they go a-calling and open dialogue with him?
I'm sure our spys would love to explain their point of view to a whiney judge.
Sorry, it's late Friday night, and I apologize for the syntax error and the noun/verb disagreement. I'm reasonably sure that when I'm wide away I speak English.
I didn't know that. I do a weekly search for ZOTs to see if I missed any good trolls. ZOT returns nothing. Zot will work, even if the ZOT in the headline is all caps. All lower case zot seems to work as well. I was extrapolating that CIA might not work, but cia or Cia would.
