I wouldn't have referred to it as retaliation. I'm sure the courts will consider it harassment.

They reap what they sow. They have understand that the law applies to them as well. And if you ask me any justice who makes a decision like this, giving his legal okie dokie to anyone and everyone to come in and seize his or her property, is not qualified in any way whatsoever to sit on the Supreme Court of the United States of America. This one decision has proven for all time and eternity that they are indeed unqualified for the job. Imagine, giving away the farm and that being of all things your own farm. Talk about failing the litmus test. These judges need to get a "real" day job.
