Who was Donald Lee Halloway, anyway?
First thought I had was that it was an oil tanker. Second thought I had was that the driver hadn't spilt some of his coffee to Hazelwood, the God of Spillage. I hope they catch these kids and they face the music. They'll probably be caught by bragging about it, if the people they brag to call the authorities.

I drive 60 miles south, traffic not so bad and I like my children going outside too. I was raised in Clayton County, the edge of Atlanta and it is not the Atlanta I grew up in.
Well, she did say she was a desperate housewife who sneaks out to Chippendale's with Big Time's wife for excitement. Now things are really getting out of hand.

It will always be Stewart Ave to me. All they did was confuse people and allow innocent people to wander helplessly into a REALLY bad area. People who didn't know the wonderful City of Atlanta government's wonderful program to decrease a crime filled area was to change the street sign.

Yep. They used to do that in South Florida also. Local punks would throw debris out onto the highway for a combination of thrills and to rob motorists who stopped. DOT built tall concrete walls for "sound reduction" and that seemed to stop the problem. I've long suspected those tall "sound barrier" walls along urban parts of interstate highways are less about noise and more about preventing similar acts of banditry.
You must not live around Atlanta. If they wait long enough all the fuel will be stolen.

To understand Atlanta politics, think Tammany Hall or the old Daley machine minus the competence. Thousands of hours and millions of dollars to re-name roads after political hacks who did their part or somebody who "needed some recognition".
