Well, before he has chance to get hurt, it seems to be that he is not attracting people to be noticed as a candidate by the Russian people since the ignorance of the "state controlled" media, that he might not make a victory in the election anyways. If he is approaching the Communist Party, it seems that he is not worth for supporting for democracy of Russia. If he ever gains popularity, it will be likely for him to be assassinated or be accused by made up crime by Putin. I'll bet my two cents for that.

Hey, did "Rootin' Tootin' Putin" return that guy's Super Bowl ring yet?

Geez, you shake hands with the guy and you have to count your jewelry and your fingers!

What's up, Vlad?

Chess King?  I didn't know those stores were still open!

Man, the jazz shoes, Members Only jackets, piano ties, acid wash jeans, and parachute pants!  Where does a guy go to get dressed sharp these days?

Which state controlled media? There are 7 national channels, one out right owned by the state, two with state minority stake holdings. There are several thousand newspapers, only a few are state owned. You keep repeating that old lie over and over again.

As for assassination, which of the last election's candidates were assassinated? Answer: none, but why stop with the facts, lies are so much better for an argument and since the only article you like about Russia is a negative one, need to do a little additional yellow journalism.

The reason the "liberals" lost the last Duma elections is that they had 8 years of power and did nothing but rob and pilfer the country. The people got tired of them, period.

Kasparov is virtually alone in Russian politics in calling for the dismantling of Putin's regime, and in the use of large-scale street rallies to try to get the job done.

How can anyone who is "virtually alone in Russian politics" hope to have "large-scale street rallies"?
