I read on one of the judicial threads (sorry -- no way I could remember which one!) that Ginsburg basically answered all such questions with something like "It would be inappropriate of me to comment." Of course, she wasn't being questioned by Dems, and the pubbies accepted her (non)answers. (But it might come in handy for the Pubbies to have a copy of the transcripts, possibly with the best quotes printed up on the ever-popular display charts!)
