That’s all they are asking for Brian and you sound ready to comply. You will be spared once you convert to Islam and accept Sharia law, put your wife and daughter in a burka and agree to take up the jihad and kill the infidels.

What is unclear is the number of such islamists. Whether it is a small or large bunch does not really change the argeument over which course to take does it? If it does, where is the break point?

OK, so it is a large number who hate us. And our path should be?
But what if non-Muslims refuse to take the right path? Here answers diverge. That is exactly right. You can't reason with them; they want to either cut your head off or blow you into tiny bits. You can't reason with that - you just have to understand it and respond to them appropriately - i.e. - never give them the chance.
Is it me or was the left just wailing and moaning about Karl Rove's suggestion that one of their problems was that they thought the proper response to 9/11 was more understanding and therapy sessions?
