It's time to put a heavy-armored division or two on our southern border... and use it.
Time to establish a 5 mile deep no-mans-land on THEIR side of the border. The Republicans better get on this hermetically sealed border soon.
But nobody listens to me, anyway. Just a geezer living in the Peoples Republic of Oregon. Or, should I say, "Republica del Norte ?"
The term "MEXICAN STANDOFF" has been misused again.
The term origionated in the SW US back in the 1800's.
When two cowboys got into a fist fight one would beat the other and walk away the winner.
The looser, not wanting to admit defeat refered to it as a "mexican stand off."
So the real term means HE GOT BEAT!
