I think we in the west are going to have to seriously consider outlawing Islam. W may have bitten off more than we can chew with his, admittedly admirable, campaign to "bring democracy to the Muslim world". We might have been better off to just annihilate them. It may yet be what will need to be done. Annihilation or repatriation and then sequestering in a permanent way.
If the US or Britain or any other western nation is still admitting any males between the ages of 6 and 60 we are insane.

To give credit where it is due, the Lackawana (upstate NY) terrorists, or terrorist wanna-be's, were turned in by their community.

In "We Were Soldiers," the US Col. at one point, realized that LZ X-Ray was porous, and called in a broken arrow.
While there are bunches of angry Brits, this isn't our forefathers redcoats, or the WWII bulldogs who blazed out the Blitz.
And in Western Europe, the question to ask is going to be what is, and when should there be a cultural broken arrow? And, who will be there to answer? US?
Is it true that you can hear the muezzins throughout Dearborn? Or is that just some fanciful distortion?
The problem is, in reality, it's a lot more than just 1 in 4.
Mostly Hamtramck but Dearborn is headed that way. A year or so back the ACLU won the right for the 5 times daily call to prayer to be blared across the city.
My wife and I went to Hamtramck a couple of years ago and you would think you were in the mideast. We saw groups of men sitting under awnings smoking hookas. Various forms of headcoverings for most of the women. Not all of the womens heads were covered.
There are non muslim whites and blacks there but in ever fewer numbers. Hamtramck used to be a predominantly Polish/Catholic community.
That's one in four who will admit to it openly in English. Probably three in four overall.

Dearborn is a little more mixed but I wouldn't be suprised if they do the daily calls to prayer.
Methinks your dear wife is correct. And as far as I am concerned, the sooner they get rolling the better.
