Holy Cow! I just realized I know who wrote this. I went to school with him and the last time I saw him was at my mom's funeral. I will have to get ahold of him and congratulate him for writing such a great article! He is and always has been a wonderful human being.

"Small world," as the saying goes.......although I do kind of wonder what he means by saying that immigrants don't qualify for welfare (or whatever). You could ask him what he meant by that apparently erroneous claim.
