I don't know that it's unsafe but it leaves a terrible aftertaste.
I hate nutrasweet and anything with aspartme. Feels like I'm drinking clorox. I do like splenda but most of the time I use raw honey or sugar.
A diagnosis of good health only means you are dying with excruciating slowness.
