Y2K was a boondoggle. I worked on Clinton's Y2K Program. Biggest waste of taxpayers money you ever saw.

Doesn't matter if he was. This is a different scenario that is confirmed by lots of other sources not connected to WND and Farrah, even by Putin himself in a veiled threat several years ago contained in a speech directed at the US, in which he said that some of the tactical nukes that disappeared from Russia's inventory after the fall of the USSR could end up in the "wrong hands".

Defected former soviet KGB and military people have confirmed this as well, such as Col. Lunev.

That Al Kayda has nukes is kind of old news actually.
