Yup, I lived for many years in NYC and everyone assimilated and still brought their unique culture to the party. It was great.

It is the Muslim refusal to get along that ruins it.

Islam cannot assimilate because it is evil at its core. If a muslim gives up the evil of Islam, well...they aren't muslim anymore.
