MALIBU, Calif. (AP)-A photographer was shot in the leg with a pellet gun outside Britney Spears' home on Saturday evening, authorities said.
It was unclear who fired the plastic pellet as the photographer was staking out an event at the pop singer's Malibu home, Sheriff's Department Lt. Steve Smith said. He said firefighters bandaged the man's leg and he went to a hospital.

a pellet gun? gimme a break - not even news worthy...
Probably deserved it
KEEP THIS IN MIND FOLKS! (Where the real humor lies)
The article says the guy was shot with a PLASTIC PELLET.
Had they used a paper airplane......the media gimp might have asked to be rushed to the er.
Plastic pellet? Freaking Airsoft style gun. I can't believe he even needed a bandage. Then again, he is a member of the media.
I think the title should have read, Sissy Over Reacts To Pea Shooter.
Who allowed this headline. I thought that the photographer shot s her house. And how did the elephant get in my pajamas?
I feel sorry for the pellet
What an absolute wimp.
What an absolute non-newsworty event.
When I was a little kid, about 8 years old, I got shot with a REAL pellet gun several times (school bully-punk-hoodlum who lived not far enough away.) Never went to the hospital, never got a bandaid on my boo-boos.
What the heck has happened to so-called men in this country???
its not the size of the gun... (video)

You got one of these for taking out them Texas sized Skeeters?
Maybe Britney is an NRA member????
I'd say one of the Viking Kitties did it but that would have been a head shot with a large caliber round.
Lucky he didn't get hit with a JFK Spitball!
maybe Britney and her hubby saw the mel gibson produced movie"paparazzi" where the movie star kills the photogs harassing his family....
LOL at the title.
" pop singer's "
does she really sing? or does she just lip synch?
She is a Louisiana girl. There's lots of NRA gals here. ;)
