As the debate heated up in April over ending Democrats' use of the filibuster to block votes on judicial nominees, the secular left worked itself into a frenzy when religious leaders organized a multichurch telecast to focus attention on the fact that the president's blocked appellate court nominees all happened to be "people of faith."

To liberals having no religious tests means they can't be religous.
Secularists really operate on two different levels. There are the irreligious who believe religion causes all strife, so to them it only makes sense to rid the world of it, with Christianity being its biggest obstacle and, therefore, its main target. And there are the others who are ashamed of their sins and crimes against life and thusly, they are fearful (which ultimately translates to hateful) of their just punishment. So rather than admit guilt, they denounce and demean God and Christians.
That Democrat leaders (their sheep following) are anti-religious has been obvious for a long time.
What should bother their supporters even more is that they are also anti-business, anti-private property, anti-individualist, and anti-American.

Over 30 years ago, before the Sociology field was taken over by the leftists, a 'secular' religion was identified complete with its rituals, shamans and religious objects. The left has embraced it with enthusiasm. Hmmm, kind of reminds you of communisim doesn't it?
