Yes, it's virtually impossible that Miller is in jail to protect either Rove or Libby, who've both signed confidentiality waivers. I think she's protecting one of the following:
1. Herself
2. Valerie Plame
3. Joseph Wilson
4. Colin Powell or a Powell loyalist
5. Some relatively unknown State or CIA official who was in cahoots with Plame.

Seriously, there are agents for the CIA working at the major newspapers and magazines. She is in all likelihood one of them.
