Irony is often missed by a mile here. Also humor, sarcasm, obliqueness. But I'm off track.
Your piece is quite wonderful.
Suggest you pass to a NY columnist or two, or editor, to publish in a paper there. NY Post would be the first choice (probably the only), and Andrea Peyser might be the one to do it.
There's a big audience here, but maybe you should "share" with the people of NY.
