How can this be????!!!! The poor don't have ID's!!! They can't drive!!!!! And Pluuuueeezzzzeee don't start with "How do they cash their welfare checks?"- Don't be so insensitive!!!

The poor in California seem to have it. I've seen food stamp users whip out an ID and have no problem. Maybe it just the two grocery stores I use, but the cashier always check their ID, and I've seen them do it to repeat customers they know very well.
