Plane crashers are NEVER caused by ONE thing. It's always a combination of two or three events happening within a short period of time.

Plane crashers are NEVER caused by ONE thing. It's always a combination of two or three events happening within a short period of time. I would say in 95% of the accidents this is true. One a rare occasion there will be one main factor, usually weather related.
