When President Bush took office, there were almost 10,000 U.S. troops in Kosovo and there had been 635 killings, to include 190 Serbs, in the previous 18 months. U.S. troops are now down to 1,700 and total killings in 2004 were down to 62, of which only 12 were Serbs. A hidden foreign policy success for President Bush.

In the words of Cindy Sheehan, 'it's time to bring our troops home'. Why don't we substitute them with Russians or Serbs?

Bring them down to ZERO, I don't care, I want the home. Let France handle it.

Of course we all remember the MSM and Congress and Mike Mooron asking President Clinton about his "Exit Strategy" for Kosovo 10 years ago, don't we?

In March 2004, there were a number of violent clashes between Albanians and Serbians.

Yeah, right. "Clashes".

What are you up to? Trying to pass of the Balkan fiasco onto W?

IMO it will be a 'success' when Condi and Bolton initiate the return of Kosovo to Serbia. After all, that's what the 'ceasefire' called for.

To top off the success, Condi and Bolton, should put a halt to the persecution of Milosevic by the Hague Tribunal. Milosevic was no Chamberlain and fought the Islamists rather than sign on with Albright.

Peace will only return to Kosovo when the Serb Army does.

And they will, bank on it.

mark, the killings are kla-on-albanian violence...many are over drugs/arms/trafficking etc...the remainder is albanian killing Serbs to rid them of that particulary region.

Where can you find Serb killing Serb in Kosovo?

You and I both know that drugs run rampant through Presevo Valley instead of Kosovo. Isn't that why the Albs were fighting for "independance"? So drugs can run through with their mafia couriers?

Whoopee. Another land made safe for Islam. Kosovo is it's beach head into Europe.
