Go ahead and contact the American Legion folks in Illinois and Missouri. If they can get in touch with their members within a reasonable distance from St. Louis to inform them of the counter protest/rally info you'll end up a few hundred extra people at the very least least. Plus many veterans usually have those colorful flags from the unit in which they served and other patriotic signs, banners, etc.
