We are seeing right now in New Orleans the result of the Democratic hand out welfare system. Even with 3 days warning the inner city occupants decided to stay home and wait for the government to come and bail then out. 90% of these people in need of rescue in the city were capable of getting the hell out of dodge, yet decided to "ride" it out. Now they are trying to hold President Bush responsible for their own bad decisions. I wonder who taught them this is acceptable behavior? How 'bout Hillary? These people are part of your base. What are you going to do to get them assistance? Besides blaming the Republicans I mean.
