The whole situation is beyond belief. The sheer incompetence of everyone involved in not only pre-storm preperations but post-storm clean-up would be laughable if not for the lives hanging on the line.
After this is all over, there should be mass firings and resignations, starting with the Governor and the witless Mayor.
