Another plausable (at least to me) scenario is that these are freed convicts who are predominately black and majority muslim.
This sorry event could be a bonanza for the GOP and Conservatism.
what has been unleashed down there is in almost any urban environment...in New Orleans, it just a bit disproportionate and rowdier
look at the years and years of rogue cops down there....i mean really bad cops
much worse than Miami or DC cop-wise
