Do they honestly believe the majority of these folks read the article. I bet alot of these people are illiterate. I am not being sarcastic with that comment either.

The illiteracy rates in New Orleans were very high.

What is most tragic is the leadership of Louisiana who failed to read the weather report Friday, August 26th, three days before Katrina made landfall.

As far back as Friday, August 26, the National Hurricane Center was predicting the storm could be a Category 4 hurricane at landfall, with New Orleans directly in its path.
