What do you mean "would I leave?" The whole scenerio is impossible. I don't know where to begin answering the question in any useful way.

Would you leave again? I don't care what they want. Look, Houston could very well be facing a large storm very soon and we will need shelters for those from Galveston and the entire northern Texas shoreline. We need to get these folks dispersed as soon as possible. The Cruise ships can steam out of the path of any storm brewing but Houston can't.
