I predict Louisiana will be even more Democrat in future. Competent, self-respecting people--of all races--are going to leave, and the incompetent, world-owes-me-a-living crowd will stay or return.
Not the evacuation of Louisiana but the evacuation of the democratic stranglehold on the state.
