People who don't understand our system of government tend to assume the President has much more power to do things than he in fact does

This just in: President Bush has declared Democrats to be a useless bunch of nincompoops and has ordered the DNC's servers to be replaced with "Speak-N-Spells." DNC chair Howard Dean was said to be audible from several blocks away.
