It would temporarily cap the price of gas at 2-dollars 50-cents a gallon.Why $2.50? Why not $2.25 or $2.00 or $1.50? Heck, why should we have to pay for gas? The eeevil oil companies have made so much money that they don't need to make any more. Right?/sarcasm
