Danger lurks below in Oregon (Cascadia Subduction Zone)

Our home is at the far right mid page where it looks like the base of a mans skull. The orange is flood areas and we are on the curve just between the two flood zones which means roads to the rest of the world could easily wash out as it is an the old bay highway. We feel very confident that we could be self contained and more people are looking at their own situations here as it comes up in discussions. We even have an area for the Coast Guard Helicopter to land if evacuation was needed. Which would be a very last resort.

Ah this is merely Katrina envy.. $$billions$$ for the gulf coast but none for Oregon.. Liberalism is all about envy..

Why is it that every time I hear one of these disaster predictions, rather than being concerned over human suffering, I instead immediately begin calculating whether it means a bunch of liberals will die?
