Surely George Bush is scared by now. Surely he'll exercise the Senatorially-mandated interpretation of the US Constitution now, and use the Senate's role of advice and consent to select the justice Reid wants.

He called these same people in before nominating Roberts. Took ther "advice" then told them to take a hike and nominated Roberts. I suspect he will do the same and nominate who HE wants.
