I think the mayor is a raving lunatic. Why is he so he..bent on getting the people back in that filth? So that more can die of diseases, and then he and the left wing press can blame President Bush?

Nagin needs his voters back!! The longer people stay away from NO, the greater the number of people who will find some reason not to come back.
The intelligent people who move back will NOT be voting for him, because they never did.
This tragedy has turned Louisiana into a RED state, and Texas into a BLUE state.

IMO, he doesn't want his "brother's" to get too comfortable in another location and that there is another way of life outside the welfare state.
