Actually, Edgar retired and got out about 5 minutes before the posse got there.
The MSI scandal went directly to Edgar's inner circle.
3-4 MSI officials were indicted & convicted and one ratted out Edgar's inner circle.
3-4 people in Edgar's office were indicted and convicted.
Further investigation kinda died when he retired.
