I heard that too and love the idea...

I like the notion someone mentioned that Robert Bork be recess appointed if hearings aren't held immediately or until the Senators could get off their collective rears and confirm a new justice.

It doesn't really matter who the president nominates, the left will go beserk regardless. So he might as well nominate one to show them up for what they are.
