Never happen. Their hatred for Jews and the nation of Israel is drummed into them from the time they can understand words until the day they die.
Normally I would feel sorry for people who live under the awful conditions the Palestinians have made for themselves. But people who can send their pre-teen sons and daughters out with bomb belts to kill as many Jewish children as possible along with themselves don't deserve any sympathy no matter how bad things get for them.
I'm not happy that Arab children were killed and maimed by those idiotic would-be bombers, far from it. But if kids had to be killed, better them than the children of Jews who have tried everything in the book to make peace with those vicious thugs and have only received more hate and violence for their trouble. And you can bet the farm that's who the bomb was intended to kill and maim, Jewish children.
