The concept of the "innocent border crossing laborer" has been is over. Internationalist anti-Sovereignty groups are behind the push neutralize borders. This is a fight for our National survival. Just as the 2nd Amendment is not about hunting, our Border laws are not about "picking grapes". Knowing that this is war with a real enemy should change the penalties for aiding and abetting the soldiers attacking us. Treason comes to mind.

United States Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein stated “This case demonstrates our resolve to hold accountable unethical professionals who take advantage of the trust placed in them by those with no knowledge of the law, and to ensure the fair application of the immigration laws in the United States.” Fine!
