We will threatan to unleash Millions of Gallons /Barrels and flood the market with Jimmy Carters "ACE" when our True ACE is our own untapped resources and we only need leadership to undo what Clinton did, Stroke of the Pen, Law of the Land!
I still remember that "CLEAN COAL" that Klintoon made un-available with a stroke of the pen, GW could undo it the same way, ANWR and California aren't really that much more difficult, then there is the Florida Gulf Coast.
If we have TRUE Leadership, not a lame duck trying to set up a Florida Governor for the Presidency we could / should get much accomplished in the next three years.+
