I'm less concerned with what they may be carrying than with what they may be carrying around in vials.

That was my first thought, dsc---was someone there with the purpose of starting an epidemic? But--if that were the case, it wouldn't make sense for them to release it on their own crowd.

We'll probably never know how this happened.
