I hope this is the start of Pres. Bush's domestic war against the democrats.

Not his style. We knew this when we supported him in 2000. Bush does not poke libs in the eye like we would like to do.

hint: that is the source for so much hysteria over Harriet Miers --- Bush didn't display the middle finger to the libs.

I know Pres. Bush yearns for consensus and has numerous times worked with democrats (Worked very well in Texas) but you can only take so much.

I think the days of playing poker and "back dooring" the dems are coming to an end in this administration. Democrats are starting to draw serious blood with this "indictment" on Delay and will have to be met with swift retribution. Politics is one thing, bringing up bogus charges in trying to alter leadership is another.

Also I believe the main reason Pres. Bush picked Ms. Miers was not because she was on the "approved" list (Easier to confirm) but had an intimate knowledge in which he knows how her philosophical views are in accordance to the Constitution.
