Are these IEDs pressure sensitive devices or remotely detonated devises? If they are pressure sensitive, we should load prisoners on flat bed trucks and make them drive point in any convoy. It's a old tactic but brutally effective.
I think they are remotely activated, but I would love to watch, wack-the-terrorist ...
