Well, this makes no sense. Sure it does. Clinton was lying to his own people as well. They thought the DNA wouldn't match, but Starr would rig it so it would... so they got an extra sample to disprove it later.
The joke was on them-- Clinton was forced to admit the affair later-- both to America, and even to his own people.

Think about the psychosis of that....he KNEW it would match, buthe made a big show. He always does what he needs to do to get throught that moment. He never thinks about how his decisions impact the future. He did that with his personal life and with the country's policies.

Just to refresh everyone's memory, this is around the time of Hillary's famous "vast right wing conspiracy" quote.
You see, even a bureaucrat like Freeh just attempting to do his job with minimal dignity and honor became an "enemy" by refusing to be corrupted by the Clintons.
The Clintonoids engaged in projecting their worst conduct on to anyone and everyone who did not engage in cult-like Clinton worship.
